Well, the incredible writing journey I am on continues.
I remember driving down to Seattle with fellow Young Adult author Stacey R. Campbell, who wrote the fun “lost royal princess” mystery titled Hush, with a list of bookstores to visit. The very first on our list was University Book Store in Seattle, the largest independent bookstore in Washington. I always loved to dream big, and the introduction to the staff there could not have gone any better. They welcomed Stacey and I with creative energy, and immediately began to talk about an official book launch for our two books and Green Darner Press, a new imprint of the Publishing house Gemelli Press.
The University Book Store has several other branches, but our author reading and signing event will be held at Seattle’s U District branch the very same night several other literary events are taking place: what a great convergence. Seattle readers are awesome.
If you live in the Seattle area please show up at 7pm on May 14th—there will be champagne too. And please tell all your friends in the area. Thank you very much.
I hope your own reading and writing lives take you to new heights.
Justin
