In the title story of my first book, Sandcastle and Other Stories, one lone gull in search of food becomes distracted by a popsicle stick . . . begins to search for iconic imagery . . . is there a god sand fleas worship?
Not too far from this beach, it’s the middle of Spring, and the pink of the ornamental fruit trees has turned to red as the second wave turns to white blossoms at Islewood Farm. There are sandcastle-building contests down the shore ready to begin. Crowds will gather.
I am at the beginning stages of the book release publicity tour, and I am thrilled to unveil the new book trailer for Sandcastle and Other Stories.

Beautiful post and wonderfully crafted trailer. Proud of you, my friend x
Thank you for stopping by, Jane. All of these wonderful events are really great. I loved your first book signing too. What fun. I just read that this morning. Best to you and yours and Bollo!
OMG! That is an awesome trailer Justin! It’s really, really, really good. If that doesn’t get peeps to buy your book, nothing will.
What fun, Dionne, and I love you and your response to these short sharp tales.
Very classy trailer, Justin. Nicely done!
eden
Thanks, eden. BK really took a different path with this video trailer, choosing to spotlight each story with a haunting or humorous moment . . .
Here’s hoping your publicity tour brings you to my neck of the weeds! I want a signed copy of the hardcover. Or a paperback. Whatever works. LOL.
That is so in the works now, Judy. If only I could channel that genie in a bottle . . .
Well i will say the same as i did for the first one WOW!!! I LOVE IT!! .
To be Honest i love both of them …. is like the first one was …Cannes… full love for art and culture….and this one is …Hollywood… it have the same things but with more Light and Star Dust…..i think you going to hit the box office up in the sky !!!
Staury:)
Wonderful, Staury, and I love your comparison to Cannes and Hollywood. I can see that. One can dream 🙂
Beeeeutiful! 😀
Really terrific of you to say, M 🙂 I hope you like the stories too.
Well done. I like it. Hmm? This collection of yours has been speaking to me. I will definitely check it out. My TBR pile has long since fallen over and scattered to the far corners of my Kindle’s memory, but what’s one more – right?
Wishing you the very best with the collection.
-Jimmy
Very cool, Jimmy . . . I don’t want to tell you how long these characters have been speaking to me before I got their tales down on paper and computer screen. I have one of those old-fashioned generation kindles that don’t hold as many invisible books. Got to read ’em and start another . . . thank you for the kindness.
